Enough Noah

While I was at the Stake Humanitarian day this morning I got a phone call from Seth (he stayed home with Noah and Levi) saying Noah cut his wrist and he is bleeding really bad. So the first thing I think of is that he is bleeding to death. I had my mom drive me home because I didn't have my car there since I rode my bike to the Stake Center with my sisters. So I got home and found Noah in the bathroom with his hand under running water, and I automatically look at his wrists to expect to see a long huge gash. Well there wasn't a huge gash but a small cut, but then I looked closer and it was really deep so I decided to take him up to urgent care. So anyways he ended up having to get one stitch, yes I said one! I forgot to mention he was just at urgent care 10 days ago with what ended up being an elbow fracture. So now not only does he have an arm that has a cast on it that needs wrapped in plastic for a shower his other hand also needs to be wrapped in plastic for about 3 days. Let's hope nothing else happens again too soon or I'll start to get questioned. I just realized the date Noah gets his cast off is May 14th, which is the day before the father and son campout. Maybe he'll be extra careful. . . yeah right.

I Made It!!!

I just got back from a 5 mile bike ride with my sisters Kerry and Lora and my nephew Zack and niece Jordan. It was so much fun. Us 4 girls have matching pink bikes, we look like a little gang riding along the canal. I love going down the tunnels it's coming back up that I don't enjoy all that much!! But all in all it was a fun time. Me and Kerry are telling Lora that one of these days we are going to show up on our bikes at her work ringing our bells. She works out in Scottsdale, so it might be a few months before I work my way up to riding that far. I will post a picture of us with our bikes soon. We look so cute.

Walking The Dogs. . . Not

I decided to go on a walk tonite since I skipped my morning one. I thought I would head over to my sister Lora's house and see if her or my mom would want to go along, but they weren't home. My brother Devon was there and suggested I take Buffy (Lora's dog) and Oliver (my mom's dog) with me. So I thought "what the hay, why not". After about 10 minutes of me and my brother trying to figure out how to get their harnesses on with them spazzing out at the same time, I decided to just put their leashes on their collars. Well, I made it to the mailbox and realized why they wear harnesses, because they choke themselves without them. They are so hyper they take off and I have to pull them back to stop them so then they choke. So I guess they don't actually choke themselves I did it to them. . . with their help. Anyways, I didn't like the whole choking thing, so I just took the dogs back to my brother and finished my walk and went home.

Thanks Jamie

I have the most awesome hairstylist (and niece-in-law)! Not only is she excellent at what she does but she is also helping me stick to something I've always wanted to do. . . and that is growing my hair out. I went in for a trim today and she told me that if I wanted to go shorter that I would have to find a new hairstylist because she was not going to cut it short. Now don't take this the wrong way, she will cut your hair how you want it, she's just helping me stick to something I've always wanted to do. So thanks Jamie for having my back and thanks for always doing such a great job on the kids hair. Anyone who is looking for a hairstylist who is awesome at color and cut just click on Cheveux under websites (on the right side of the page) and give her a call, you'll be glad you did.

Sandwiches

Yesterday when I made Craig sandwiches he was joking around saying how me and Rylee put the bread on wrong when we make them for him. Does it really matter if the two pieces of bread are not facing the same way? Doesn't it taste the same? Just wondering. :)

Watch Out!!

All I can say is you better watch out when my mom is playing the Wii. She gets a little into it. . . just check out the picture above where she is bowling (like you couldn't tell). It's a lot of fun to watch her play. She also is pretty fun to watch when she is watching someone play, especially if she is watching someone playing baseball. I think she gets confused and thinks you are actually playing a real game. Just kidding. But it's good to know that she can still act like a kid and have fun. Can you believe she's 69!?! Looking good ma!!

After Seal Beach we went to Seaport Village to look around and have some lunch before heading home. We ate at Asaggio pizza. . .delicious. After eating the kids rode the carousel then it was to the car for home.
